Well that certainly was a different Christmas Day this year.

Matthew gave Emma one of her presents before we headed off to the beach, it was a beach chair that folds up.

Packed our champagne, croissants, cheese and biscuits and we were on the beach by 9.30.

Was a lovely day no wind and the sea was like a perfect Vazon Bay day. Went for a few swims and stayed there until around 1 ish. Then it was home to get the ham ready.

Once the potatoes and ham were in the oven it was pressie time :). We all had some lovely presents, now the tree looks so bare with them not under it.

Ham was ready by now, it was delicious. Made a lovely change to turkey, and went down well with a bottle of wine.

Had a game of Guernsey monopoly (like a lot of people by the look of it on Facebook). Never got to finish it as we had two skype sessions and then watched a film before going to bed.
