Christmas Day Stroll

We went for a lovely stroll in one of my favourite places on the planet (well, those places on the planet that I've seen), Ruckle Park. Now I'm looking forward to our non-traditional Christmas dinner of Laksa, a dish we were introduced to in Adelaide by our Australian friends. This recipe is not exactly the one I use, but it's similar enough to give you the idea if you've never had Laksa - and if you never have, you should try it! We don't eat meat or poultry, so this seafood dish is perfect for a special Christmas dinner.
