Cricket

We spent the day with my husband's family, who were also in Tasmania, which meant lots of good eating, a postprandial constitutional around Margate and lots of cricket.

I wish I'd taken a decent photo on my iphone (there are some on my Olympus) so I present instead yet another photo of my daughter - who finds cricket a bit of a bore - and managed to read at least 3 chapter books during the first day of the Boxing Day Test.

Arriving home to find more turkey, ham and cricket (the Big Bash) to digest, she quickly took refuge in some favourite toys, and is lost in her own alternative universe, one which does not contain cricket!
