Christmas

Today we went to our daughter’s home to spend the day. We started with mulled wine, before a roast goose lunch. After the starter, while the main was carved and dished up we pulled the crackers, which contained the usual stuff as well as a charade in each one. Not being one for role play, Victoria did mine which was ‘Somewhere over the Rainbow’; it was the word ‘Somewhere’ which caused the most problem. Between the main course and pudding we went for a walk, not something we usually do, then it was present opening time; Christmas pudding was consumed at tea-time!

It was quite hard to choose my Christmas day picture from the many that I took, but chose this one of Victoria doing my charade.
