Boxing Day cards

We're all at cards again tonight, over Zoe's amazing blackberry trifle, made with sabayon, jelly from our blackberries, sherry soaked savoiardi biscuits, baked peaches and piled high blackberries.

Tom's enjoying some of his home made limoncello, made with lemons that he foraged for in Adelaide. A huge flagon is brewing, full of fresh lemon juice, zest, sugar and vodka. Next to this is Bob's present from the kids - a Seppeltsfield decanter that sits on a silver stand. When you take it off the stand, you can spin the decanter on the table and it aerates the wine. It's very cool.
