Craig made fantastic burgers for tea tonight - they were HUGE! We got so excited by the thought of making them in Tesco that we forgot to buy bread rolls, but I don't think they needed them to be honest!
Inspired by seeing Michel Roux Jr on Saturday Kitchen, these home-made beef burgers have a huge chunk of Camembert hidden inside, plus we had a bit leftover so Craig plonked lovingly!) another bit on top of each burger too. Then Craig made some lovely wedges & fried onions to go with it. Bloody lush :)
