First signs of Spring!

I have a small hazel bush in my garden, and have noticed through the window that it seemed to be producing catkins, which seemed a bit early to me! Today they were catching the sun, so I braved the cold and took my pocket camera out with me to check - and sure enough catkins. This bunch were in flower and well placed so took a quick snap and back into the warmth.
Then checked with Wikipedia - and yes, they do come out in early Spring!
