Old Mill Tower

Taken this morning in a brief period of sunshine, hasn't been a working mill for years, was renovated, at great cost, and opened as an Art centre, after loseing thousands over the years now empty. The gardens above these steps are now the meeting place for Alkies and druggies, not used by normal people, ...Shame, as they were really quiet and peaceful.
