Sea shore puzzles...

Nice Boxing Day walk along the west shore of Loch Ryan. There are lots of funny pole stumps, which were maybe once something to do with fishing, or maybe to do with coastal defences. There's also lots of concrete to do with lots of other sorts of coastal defences - 70 years ago today we wouldn't have been able to have this walk for the flying boats and sentries! So, the blip? One of the stumps had been worn into amazing shapes and textures by the sea. A close-up blip today! Peace and a happy Christmas to all.
