Looking Towards Portland, Dorset

A break in the weather today, though it was cloudless till lunchtime, and I drove along the coast road towards Abbotsbury, but left the truck at the top of the hill at Wear Beacon, just by the turning for Ashley Chase, and that's as far as i went, it being perfect there, and clouding over so quickly. I grabbed a Blip or two and turned for home, calling at Eype on the return journey, hoping for some kind of sunset, but there wasn't one, it had clouded over by then.
So here is a view from up high, near a Trig point, looking down on St Catharines Chapel at Abbotsbury and across to Portland in the distance
