Pretty Mushrooms
Down in Fury Wood - which is woodland planted on the top of an old ICI chemical tip, thats where the name comes from as it often caught fire from chemical reactions with the stuff dumped as common practise in the bad old days.
This crop of orange mushrooms caught my eye whilst walking the dog unsure if they're safe as usually bright colours mean hazardous to eat in my eyes.
These nice little Mycena decomposes the deadwood of hardwoods. When fresh its cap is a gorgeous shade of orange, and its dull orange stem has a sticky surface and you can see the different colours as they die back
