Christmas Dinner

The ladies in my family have some mad skills. Who would believe you could cook a whole cockerel AND a ham - in addition to carrots, brussel sprouts, cranberries, and wild rice stuffing - all in a tiny kitchen about to be renovated and in the absence of an oven. These ladies are magicians. or just magic itself.

D and his Dad were able to join us in Christmas dinner and gift opening before buggering off to work and the States. It was a great Christmas surrounded by love and family - different from the past, but just as beautiful and heart-warming.
