Boxing Day

After the family filled Christmas day, we had a lovely relaxed day at home where we were joined by some dear friends. We pretty much ate, chatted and laughed our way through the day.

I must say I was very happy with my ham that I baked. Rose's Lime Marmalade with Appletiser and Dijon Mustard was definitely the winner on the day.
