A birthday treat indeed!

Had a wonderful birthday, spent the day at Winterton dunes in Norfolk.
It was beautifully sunny and hot, perfect for dragon and damsel hunting.
This was the target species Southern Emerald Damselflies, a recent colonist to this country and only found at a handful of sites.
Lady Luck was with us and we saw 4 or 5 including this pair! back blip
