Happy Christmas

What a lovely day - nice and relaxed which as everyone keeps telling us we won't get next year! Opened stockings in bed with the fella - Santa was very generous especially with our new faux fur throw and my amazing Lego. Cue me assembling a Lego jeep, 2 speedboats and a trailer before realising the time and panicking the in-laws were about to arrive!

Lovely breakfast with them and great to finally meet the fella's sis. I got spoilt by all the pressies from them and felt very much part of the family. Then a bit more chilling then a brief drive to my parents for a late-ish dinner (which sis and her fiancé joined us for), Christmas quizzes and dad trying to teach us cribbage. The fella got it much quicker than me so him and mum whooped me and dad. But was lovely to spend time together chilling with them.

It really was a happy and joyful Christmas.
