Moments

Went for a walk today with the siblings, just down to the pond behind our house. We used to make fun of dad who would go on and on about this pond, of how beautiful it was, as if it was the most extraordinary thing ever to behold. He was right in a way, as we discovered when he drag us down there for the first time. It isn't much until you look closely. It's now one of my favourite places in my world. When it comes to cheering us up a good walk in the woods never fails. I think it's a family thing. This moment carried me through the day. I was there in the mud, with my family and my camera. And I was happy.
