Tis the season

To catch up with friends and family and be thankful for having them in our lives.

I travelled down to Sussex for Christmas today in lovely driving conditions (gusting winds, pouring rain, intense spray - never again, thanks). Tonight, I had dinner with an old university friend, who I haven't seen in 18 months. Lots of wedding talk because she recently got engaged! Here she is pretending to not pay attention to my camera. The restaurant were in full Christmas mode and even gave us little party hats with our dinner. Even the crazy weather couldn't dampen our spirits.
