They think it's all over

Whilst out on my traditional Boxing Day sales jaunt with Beewatcher, I walked past Crawley's "Santa's Grotto". It seems Santa didn't even get a roof this year, or a hut, or, well, anything except a chair. And chairs for the kids because sitting on Santa's knee is now a controversy, apparently.

Santa's finished his shifts now and so the "grotto" lies empty and quiet, forgotten until November 2014. Goodbye Christmas.
