Wet Christmas

So... my dad came by on the first day of christmas and said there was water in the basement where the storage units are. I thought 'how bad can it be, it hasn't even been close to damp before'. So it was a bit of a shock when there was a real puddle. We were able to save most of the stuff, but my old fairy tale book is still not dry two days later :(.
