RIP Rocky. We had to take Rocky to the vets today, he was very ill, and had not eaten, or drank for 3 days. Over Christmas, the vet thinks he had a stroke and lost both his sight and the use of his legs. He was missing for a few days last week and came home on Christmas Eve, and the vet checked him over, giving him an antibiotic and painkilling injection as there were no obvious signs of anything wrong. He didn't respond and deteriorated rapidly. We were told to keep him warm and offer fluids. It's very sad, but at least spent his last few days indoors and comfortable. Our other cat seemed scared to go near him, and keeps wandering round looking for him now.
