More food and gifts, including a lovely necklace from Joel, a Covent Garden soup recipe book from Amy and her hubby Daniel, money and tickets to see War Horse in March with my Mumma.

Had a good old play with the new lens today. I am glad for its autofocus (my results are considerably less reliable on manual focus!) and got some nice family shots. I'm so excited to get it out and about. It's gonna be great to have a non-kit lens all of my own that I don't have to return to PhotoSoc ;)
