Christmas colour

It could not be a more awful day weather wise. High winds, torrential rain and dark, dark, dark!

Apart from a brief visit just after 8am this morning to the shops to change some shirts for the correct size, I have stayed indoors out of the dismal weather. Today's blip needed to be something to remind me of better weather and brighter days so I chose this flower, which is sitting in a vase on the table.
