The Lace Market

On Thursday, we headed to Nottingham and had a wander about the shops. I bought a really cool hat that will look even better when my hair is a little longer. It's at that awkward in-between stage at the moment, but considering this time last year it was cropped short like Audrey Hepburn's, it's growing pretty fast!

As we walked, we went up to the old lace market, an area in the centre of the city that used to house salesrooms and warehouses for storing, displaying and selling lace. I spotted this sign beside one of the doors and decided it would make a nice Blip. The building is now used by one of the city's colleges.
