Then and Now - St Paul's

The photo I took today is on the right. The photo on the left was taken by my Grandfather sometime between 1928 and 1932.

Is this allowed on Blipfoto?
I have about 80 photos taken by my Grandfather during the 4 years he lived in London and I want to find the viewpoints and take the view again.
