Anyone for a glass of red?

We found a nice French restaurant at the end of our road today and I enjoyed some delicious lambs kidneys and a very nice glass of red wine.
I noticed that in America you very rarely see offal on a menu so this is something I've missed over the past few years.
Busy day tomorrow as we have 5 properties to view and so I am hoping we will find our new little home for the next year : )
