Today I worked until about 3 then picked up some last minute items a pineapple and a new tart tin, it was surprisingly quiet in the shops.

Got home to see my hubby happily preparing for the big day, Grandma sat watching a film and boy playing with lego.

We had a lovely evening then left the reindeer food sprinkled on the lawn, left a mince pie, carrot and glass of sherry out for the big guy, then managed to get the boy to sleep by 8.30!

The big guy came and left a lovely sack full of gifts along with some family ones.
