Winter Draws On Pt 2

Not a nice day. We have toyed with lighting the woodburner on a number of evenings recently, but have resisted so far. It is somehow another confirmation that the summer has gone and that winter will soon be here.

Never mind. It had to happen at some point and I suppose the 3rd October for the first lighting is not too bad.

(Just glad we chose not to go diving after all. I would have been gutted if they had got the weather forecast wrong and it had been a dry sunny day. They never seem to get it wrong that way round do they?)
