The finished results

Today started with a jaunt to Dundee and I was full of hope of pictures of Stirling Castle bathed in sunlight, or the Wallace Monument in all its glory, or even both at the right angle, but the wind and rain and spray meant I could hardly see the road ahead let alone the surrounding countryside. Figured it would be better to share with you the finished results of baking with grandma yesterday rather than soggy, out of focus pictures of the Scottish scenery
