we passed our inspections!

On thursday the Inspector from Manatee County came and inspected our Rough-In Electric and Plumbing. We passed with flying colours : )

That means Fred will start laying the new floor tiles down on Monday - whoo Hoo! You can see them in boxes around the room. A week from today the drywall guys come and make walls where there are none :)

January 13th the cabinetry will be installed. Then the granite people will come out and make a template for the counters, once the cabinets are in. We have been forewarned that it will take 3 weeks for the counters to be installed. So, yes - February is still our target date. But we are doing fine and it will be worth it!
