Santa Cruz Lake

I took a road trip today to Chimayo and then to Santa Cruz Lake. I was so happy to remember it was so close. To be near the water, in the warm sunshine (it was a wonderful winter day) and to put my bare feet in the sand. That was wonderful. What a great day. Many photos today but this one is my favorite. The water is actually ice! not too thick though.
