Female Cardinal

My blip birthday snowflake photo made it to the first spotlight page! Thank you all so much for your kind words, stars and hearts. I am truly overwhelmed.
I took advantage of our beautiful weather today by going to the arboretum to look for bird shots. I didn't have to look far. They take good care of their birds with multiple feeders and seed thrown around on the snow. This was my favorite shot, a female cardinal. Many of the birds are molting and losing their bright summer colors, especially the male cardinal and the goldfinch.
