family ties

what a luxury to have permission to take photographs! i have become so accustomed to street shooting - having to do everything quickly & surreptitiously - that this felt lush and i could actually dawdle :)

michele is an improv actor & hired me to take some head shots for her and then when we finished i shot a few more of her with her dad, who waited so patiently while we had our portrait session.

i loved how their love for each other is so palpable.
