Rainbow chilli

Very acceptable chrimbo present from an old friend.

Apparently, the chillis start off purple, then change to a cream colour before finally turning red, getting progressively hotter with each colour change.

So far, I have to say the plant is more ornamental than practical. For my taste, I probably need 4-5 red chillis off this plant for one off my existing chilli plant (that seeded itself near the pool).
