Angry Bird!

There were nine of us piled round mums dining table today for our traditional Boxing Day tea of cold pork and tongue with crusty bread and pickles. I love it, the boy hates it but my mum kindly swaps the tongue for leftover turkey for him so it is a little more bearable.

Thanks Nan for my alarm clock - I didn't have the heart to tell her that nowadays people just set an alarm on their phone!

We stupidly braved the bullring sales today. We only managed a few shops as I was refusing to do the one in one out queues! I haven't done that for a good few years - outside chicagos at 1am on a Saturday night. We did get the 'phew his charger so all is well with the world again!
