Petit Muveran Standing Tall

The peaks were windswept this morning, the foehn blowing strongly, scattering yesterday's beautiful snow. The sun was still behind the mountain and slicing through the little valley in front. A milky sky means snow on its way when the wind stops.

THANKS for yesterday's spotlighted ski tracks. Apologies for not replying individually, must be sociable in the festive season.

Now in Italy to meet our friends for the New Year. Yes, the heating miraculously kicked back in this morning, and thanks to those who were concerned. Fingers crossed that it keeps going while we are away.
