Chilly Coppice Pond

In an attempt to offset yesterday's Carlyle couch-potatedness and consumption of chocolate truffles and Montezuma bars, plus cream on the apple pie and a serious bottle of cider.....we went along to Bradford Parkrun this morning and joined the infectious enthusiasm for running around Lister Park three and a bit times. On our return I took a circuit around Coppice Pond to try for a blip before the sun dropped below the horizon and I hope you can feel the chill in this one. I was undecided whether to go with this or one of the hungry gulls.
