Lizzie stretching her legs at Crosby beach today. There was no stopping her - fortunately she chose to come back to us!

Despite my craving for plain food, we somehow stopped off at TGI Friday's on the way home and had nachos followed by a blue cheese burger. Salad and grilled chicken tomorrow.

So tonight there is nothing in the way of me and the final 2 episodes of Breaking Bad.....
