Spicy
Around this time after Christmas, we always seem to get a craving for Thai food; it must be a reaction against all the richness of the Christmas dinner. I often do a Ken Hom recipe for Thai prawn soup but I found another recipe for a hot and sour soup which called for Sriracha sauce, some type of hot chilli sauce. I'd never heard of it, so it was off down to the Chinese warehouse supermarket to look and sure enough, they had it. It's an amazing place and I can spend a long time in there just looking round. If you ever come across a recipe that needs frozen chicken feet, I can tell you just the place to get them.
