Boxing day break out
Still at the parental nest but we felt we needed to get out from the house for a walk so headed over to Danson Park. It covers 78 hectares and so is the largest public park in the London Borough of Bexley. The landscape was designed and laid out by Nathaniel Richmond, assistant to Capability Brown from 1761 to 1763.
We had quite a brisk walk around the lake as there was an icy wind blowing.
Noticed that this year's children's method of transport seems to be the scooter - children of all ages on them as opposed to on bikes!
This was the Canada goose that caught my eye on the return to the car.
Home for food, TV, reading ( rarity normally!) more food then returned home with a food parcel to get ready for tomorrow in the office..
