To the city for some shopping in the sales.

We grabbed ourselves a few wee bargains and a subway late lunch.

Chest pains were back with a vengeance last night, really thinking it's oesophageal spasms. Could have been the nachos cheese I had for lunch! My love of good is turning into a fear of food. Can't wait for some answers - roll on all the tests.
