On the gruffalo trail!

Took nephews, aunty aurore and all the palmers to thorndon park, near Brentwood. We'd heard there was a gruffalo trail and sure enough it didn't disappoint! We found the mouse, the fox, the owl, the snake, the gruffalo's child and if course the gruffalo! Zachary (aged 3) loved it....! Also spotted this recently cut down tree...a victim of the recent storms I guess, but it gave us an opportunity to discuss the ratio of pi!
