Went out for brunch today at the Bay Hill, the restaurant was full or what tables the were vacant were actually reserved, so we ate alfresco outside under the umbrellas. Even though the weather was cloudy, it was not that bad to be outside. After the meal we went for a walk to the Caroline Bay Carnival, over the little footbridge I noticed all these padlocks on the wire mesh, seems to be a new fad. Quirky .
