nice flat shame about the bathroom

went to view a flat in sunderland today. The area looked nice, livingroom and bedroom were spacius kitchen was amazing and the price was very afordable only downside this is the only bathroom, a tiny onsuit atatched to the bedroom meening any guest would have to go through our bedroom to use the bathroom, plus a i mentioned it was tiny. If anyone knows of a decent flat or house to rent in the tyne side area that dosent cost the earth please give me a shout.
