A Mince pie to get your teeth into!

Daughter Number 1 took to the kitchen last night and made some interesting mince pies using brown sugar. Whether they would come out okay was a matter of conjecture by other members of the family. While being a bit sweeter than normal, I can report that the result was not displeasing to the taste buds, while probably being detrimental to the waist line!
