White hyacinth

The hyacinths are coming out! One of my clients gave them to me, and today I noticed their gradual emergence.

I felt a little better this morning, despite a poor night's sleep, so I got up for a while and sat in the sunlight with a jigsaw puzzle. I listened to a radio drama about an 80 year old woman revisiting the Cornwall, the scene of a romance with an artist that had ended disastrously when she was just 17. After that, I was tired and went back to bed. I think it's the sinus infection that is making me sleepy. I started listening to Hardeep Singh Kholi's Sunday lunch, but fell asleep.
