What a Day...

I woke up this morning to a knock on the door and a man telling me that my cows were in his yard and had gotten out. I was so shocked I frantically ran around and got changed and didn't really know where to start so Nath and I jumped in the car and went km's down the road until we found them. I had no idea how we were going to get them home we were so far away. We tried to get them to follow us with food and that worked for about 10mins and they caught on so we had to herd them and round them up from behind and push them home!! They started running up the street and in an out of people houses and then they darted off to where they had gotten out and another lady came out and told us how they got out and helped us get them home. It was such a stressful ordeal and it took an hour and a half to get them home.
Since we weren't planning for the cows getting out we were now running late to get to mums to help with Family Xmas preparations - we celebrate mums side of the family Christmas the weekend before.
We were also doing a fluro run photo shoot to get some promo shots for our new event. We had so much fun dressing up and dressing all the kids up and we got some great photos.
Family Xmas dinner was awesome with so many laughs and such fun and we had a great wrapping paper fight. So all in all a massive day with a lot going on!!
