Merry Christmas!

As our first married Christmas we had the collision of two family traditions. She got the family members all coming to visit for a couple of days, but I got to then drag them all out on a Christmassy walk up the local hill.
I got a camera tripod for Christmas, which was very exciting, but as you might see here the wind at the top of the hill made me slightly reluctant to put it up, just in case!

It was a great day, with 4 family members staying in the town and all coming together for the church, the presents, the walk, and the feast in the evening. And we managed to speak to the other side of the family who weren't able to be here, in a three way conversation spanning the globe. So all in all, an excellent Christmas.
