Is this Charlie??

For the last 2 years pair of blackbirds have inhabited my back yard. Then I had the builders in for weeks and they left. The pair raised two broods of chicks this year. Now one blackbird is back every day and ocasionally there is a female in the yard too. I cannot make my mind up if it is the same bird or one of the chicks. Charlie was very friendly and would approach you and get within a foot of me. The new? bird comes right up to the window but I have not been outside with him.
