Zumaia's Flysch

One one of those places whose history dates back years ago. Apparently, two layers of the earth collided with such force that the rock was shaped pastry, and has remained like this since then. But the most amazing thing is that geologists have found traces of iridium, the mineral that was part of the meteorite that crashed into Earth and was the cause of extinction of the dinosaurs... Just one hour and a half from home!!!
