Breathing space

Having met a couple of major deadlines at the end of last week, I have been able to enjoy this weekend as work free.

I have, briefly, looked around at the domestic chaos and then decided on the 'If I go out and close the door behind me, I wont know it's there' approach. So I took myself out into the sunshine and showers and played in the compost.

Then I enjoyed a wee snooze in front of the fire during an episode of Poirot. Followed by the very satisfying task of rustling up a Spanish Omelette made with entirely our own produce... with the exception of a bit of olive oil and some black pepper.

Tomorrow, it's back to full tilt.
